Deborah is a Senior Consultant and Urban Designer at URBED based in the Manchester office. She studied Town and Country Planning at the University of Manchester now has 7 years worth of experience working as a consultant and Urban Designer working on Regeneration Frameworks, Urban Design and Community Planning. Deborah was involved in the ‘Vision for Bury’ public consultation workshops and plan preparation for the Bury masterplan. Other projects include Holbeck Urban Village Masterplanning Framework and the rejuvenation of Otley Riverside. She has also been involved in the public consultation for the Vision for Oldham and Rochdale HMR consultation workshops and masterplanning for all 5 HMR areas. More recent work includes Blackburn Cathedral Quarter, Rhyl Town Centre Development and more recently the Preparation of a Town Centre Development Strategy for Prestwich Village and a Regeneration Strategy and Masterplan for Old Trafford. She is also involved in mentoring students through work experience and placements.
