Grace joined URBED after graduating from Manchester University with an undergraduate masters in Town and County Planning. Whilst at university she specialised in housing, regeneration and urban design issues, including a study of the changing development patterns in post socialist European cities. She conducted a 5 month placement at URBED whilst finishing her studies widening her experience to include Sustainability Audits, Community Consultations and master planning. Since joining URBED she has been involved in town centre masterplan stategies, spatial frameworks, urban design training sessions and more recently organised the launch events for URBEDs occasional journal Urban Scrawl.
