| Nick is URBED’s sustainable urbanist with degrees from Salford University and UMIST. Since 1998 he has researched and developed URBED's Sustainable Urban Neighbourhood (SUN) initiative. Project experience includes action research - such as ‘City of Villages’ research on London’s suburbs for the GLA - consultancy - such as the sustainability statement for J.Sainsbury’s Brighton New England Quarter - and auditting – such as management of Igloo Regeneration Fund’s Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) policy. Recent work includes ‘Biodiversity by design’ for the TCPA, Northstowe sustainability strategy for Cambridge Horizons and Selby Renaissance for Yorkshire Forward. |
