| Shruti is a qualified architect from India and is also trained as an urban designer from Nottingham University, England. She was the winner of RIBA international design ideas competition for designing sustainable urban neighbourhood in Manchester, 2003. The main focus of her work is architecture, urban design and regeneration of brownfield sites. She has been responsible for much of URBED’s work on Bradford Design Guide, Bradford Valley NDF, Southall, West Bar, urban design/masterplanning input to the Rochdale Sun.
Currently living in India, Shruti is working with URBED on a research project mapping European and Indian Cities.
