Lavinia first worked for urbed in the summer of 2007. During this time she helped organise the office and was involved in consultation workshops. Lavinia rejoined the team on the first working day of 2009 and now job shares PA/ office management duties with the lovely Helene. Together they make sure everyone is happy and that the office runs smoothly.

Lavinia is a mother of two beautiful sons. She says music is her ‘karma’ and loves to travel. Amongst her favourite places is New York - having resided there for 3 months – and especially enjoying the speed-of-life. Miami also occupies a tender place in her memories; particularly the diversity and the number of differing cultures that are celebrated. Italy features highly too with the historical buildings and the Vatican having had a lasting impact on her.
