We are excited about having the opportunity to work with the inspirational Hulme Community Garden Centre on their plans to expand the centre. HCGC have recently opened their Eco-classroom,  the first straw bale building in Manchester and are keen that the garden centre becomes a demonstration project for ecologically designed buildings here in Manchester.

Hulme Garden Centre

We are in the process of submitting a hybrid planning application for the proposed extention of the garden centre. As part of the design process we have developed designs for the extension in colaboration with volunteers and users of the garden centre. 

Below are a series of photos taken during a community design workshop and a session with the Friday club at Hulme Community Garden Centre.
